As you can well see, I have not “input” anything into my blog for some time. It is not that I have nothing to write or share, just that my inspiration to write dissipates really quickly. My desire to write will last about 5 minutes after which it is sayonara.
Still, if am still keeping this blog, I suppose there is still hope that one day I can and will cultivate a more disciplined and consistent writing.
Calling all bloggers out there. For you seasoned and experienced bloggers, have you ever had blogger’s block?
Sometimes I am flooded with so many topics and stuff to blog about but these 2 days I am completely empty. I wonder if it’s because I am distracted by my busy work, tired body or just lack of inspiration.
Anyone have thinking cap I can borrow? Maybe it can help stimulate my brains… 🙂
I am no professional writer. I am but a curious person in the world of blogging. As my friend William says, “to post or not to post…that is the question”.
I had a bloggers block a.k.a writers block. Amazing eh? Just started and already experiencing the professionals’ problem.
Being an infant blogger, I am not so much concerned about the popularity of my blog but how to blog – what to write – what is my focus – what is the purpose of my blog, etc.
I suppose my “questions” are what all new bloggers will face. I had a friend whom had been blogging much longer than me asking friends “why is it that nobody comments on my blog”? I completely understand his question.
So do I persevere and continue to find my way around (while knocking and bumping into things while in the dark)? If you are reading this blog, can you maybe contribute some thoughts?
What interests you?
Will you be interested to read my blog if it just reflects my emotions/thoughts in words?
Will you promote a blog and why?
Why do you think people do not write any comments unless it is food or holiday related?
Eric Simmons is of the impression that bloggers are kinda nuts or deprived people. Thus far, I am relieved to see that the bloggers I know are anything but that. They are brilliant and generous people. Maybe Eric needs some new friends 🙂
I will vouch that I am not in his decribed category of people. I’ve got a lovely home, beautiful wife and progressive businesses. Not too bad eh?
As I progress in my blogging adventure, it will be great to promote it. I asked a few people and many were generous with their comments. It sounds easy enough but then again, do I really understand enough to execute it?
Well, no point worrying about it. I will continue to persevere in my blogging and find my way around. Hopefully I will not get too many bruises from the knocks in the dark.
One day, maybe people will say – “Hey, that is NickG. Cool and great blog. Has blessed me much” (or) maybe not.

Whatever the outcome is, I am going to remain contented with what I have been blessed with and continue to expand my horizon to my best ability
