I remember my times in College & University when sometimes due to rushing to complete assignments/projects, I would miss my sleep for days. What happened after? Nothing!
Fast forward to now. At times I slept only for 2-3 hours and what happened after? Everything slows down – brain, reaction, etc. As bonus, pimples start mushrooming too! =(
Last night I only had 2-3 hours sleep. Just now while doing some work in front of the pc, I just switched off. Yes you heard me right. One minute I was doing work, the next minute (without notice), I was asleep. Was kinda fine whole morning till about 4pm. Then my “engine” started slowing down significantly.
Guess I am not as young as before. Better not repeat this too often else is really bad for health.
